Integration process
Our integration process documents how we move from a vendor PDF to a testable REST connector.
Phase 1 — Discovery inventory
We collect every outbound hostname, credential rotation policy, and sandbox limitation. Taiwan-based teams often need explicit notes on whether personal data leaves the island during API calls.
Phase 2 — Contract drafting
Resources, error envelopes, and pagination cursors are modeled in OpenAPI before adapter code is merged. Webhook payloads get JSON Schema fragments with worked examples.
Phase 3 — Hardening pass
Retries, idempotency keys, and signature verification are coded against recorded fixtures. Operators receive a runbook that names which logs to inspect when a partner returns ambiguous 5xx responses.
Phase 4 — Handoff
We walk your engineers through contract tests in CI and leave a short checklist for onboarding the next integration. Optional follow-on projects cover additional vendors.
