Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps you initiate. Consent preference is stored to remember your cookie notice choice. PDPA bases include your consent where applicable and our legitimate need to handle business inquiries.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for contracts, tax, or dispute resolution. Consent strings remain until you clear site storage or we change the key documented on the Cookie notice.
Recipients and location
Inquiries are submitted to our same-domain handler at /api/inquiry and accessed only by staff who need to reply. We do not sell personal data. If you ask us to integrate third-party APIs, separate vendor terms may apply to data those vendors process—outside this website.
