How to request a refund
Email info@api-horizon.digital with your name, project reference, and reason. We respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible.
Processing time
Refunds are initiated within 14 business days after approval. Banks may add clearing time.
Exceptions
Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply. Nothing here limits remedies where Taiwan law requires otherwise.
