Services

We provide project-based programming consulting focused on REST API design and third-party integrations. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined only in a written statement of work or quote you accept—not by general marketing copy on this site.

Website use

Content is informational. Examples, checklists, and diagrams are not warranties that your systems will behave identically in production. Do not misuse the site (attempt unauthorized access, interfere with forms, or scrape in ways that impair service).

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in a project contract, we retain ownership of pre-existing materials and grant you a license to project deliverables described in your statement of work. Your pre-existing code and data remain yours.

Fees and taxes

Quoted project fees are in TWD unless another currency is explicitly stated. Applicable taxes follow Taiwan rules. Invoices reference our UBN shown above.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from website use or a consulting project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
